check in process took far too long . the staff member who escorted us to the room didn’t even help my GF with the luggage. as I bumped my head at the staircase, because is suitable for people below 1.60m and no mind your head sign he was just laughing.

It was really a bad choice because the property refuse to provide a remote for the AC.
The ocean view and the facilities around the property
The property judge that the customer has not to adjust the air conditioner, so there is no remote in the room. I asked the office to have one, they refuse and said it's the same adjustement for all the rooms. If you're cold, take a blanquet, ifyou're hot ... no answer. The water heater is doing only tepid water, not really hot. No lift.
